1 | Red Tiger Motaguense, also know as the Red Dragon Cichlid, is contributed by Ken Childs. This Central American cichlid is a close relative of the Jaguar Cichlid, Parachromis magunensis, though not as commonly seen in the pet industry. The Red Tiger Cichlid is distinguished by its brilliant red gills and the bright red spotting that runs along its flanks and onto its dorsal, anal, and caudal fins.
